Privacy and data protection are the basic principles on which our website https://ipowallet.app of the “IPO Wallet” application (“App”) in AppStore or Google Play is based.
We apply various technical and organizational measures to comply with applicable personal data, privacy and data security laws in the countries where we operate or where applicable laws apply to us.
This Privacy Policy sets out the basic rules and principles under which we process your Personal Data and outlines our responsibilities when processing your Personal Data in accordance with our transparency obligations. We do not intend to collect Personal Data from children or persons under the age of thirteen (13).

Our application is based on principles relating to the processing of Personal Data and we are committed to complying with the following principles relating to the processing of Personal Data:

IPO Wallet does not require you to register or log in.
3. Your private keys stay on your device
Your private keys will remain on your device.

We collect the following categories of your personal data:
- Your identification information, which is necessary to identify you, such as nickname and email. This information is necessary to identify you when you subscribe to our newsletters or leave a comment on the App.
- Device Information. We may collect information about the device you use to access our App, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. This information will never be shared with third parties unless you specifically consent in advance.
- Analytics information, which includes information about how you use the App.
- Information you may provide to us. Your e-mail address, virtual currency addresses and any other information you choose to provide will never be shared with third parties unless you give prior express consent.

7. Blockchain transactions
Your transactions on the blockchain can be transmitted through servers or nodes and will be publicly visible due to the public nature of distributed base systems.
8. Secure communication with our servers, privacy and security measures
We have security measures and organizational procedures in place to protect the data we collect and store and to prevent accidental loss, use, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access to it. All of our servers support the HTTPS protocol. We only authorize the disclosure of your Personal Data to those employees and companies that have a business need to know such data. They will process Personal Data on our instructions and are required to do so confidentially in accordance with non-disclosure agreements.
You acknowledge that no data transfer is 100% secure and may involve risk. You are responsible for your login details and password. You must keep them confidential. If your privacy has been compromised, please contact us immediately. We have procedures in place to deal with any potential data breach and we will inform regulatory authorities of the breach if required by law.

Exchange rates, balances, transactions and other blockchain information may be read from or linked to third party servers. We cannot guarantee the privacy of your internet connection.
10. Location of Personal Data processing and third party services
Personal Data is collected and processed by a company registered in the UK.
The Application contains links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of such third parties. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their sites, features or policies. Please review their privacy policies before submitting any data to them.
The following third parties exist:
- Third party exchange service providers such as Cryptomus,Changelly, ChangeNOW and Simplex
- Email service providers to notify you and for direct marketing purposes, such as Kickoff,Google,Yandex and SendGrid;
- website analytics companies to analyze data and improve our services and Applications, such as Yandex Metric and Google Analytics;
- the platforms we use to provide support services are built into the app under Settings -> Feedback;
- social media companies to promote and have a presence on social networks such as Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, GitHub, Medium,TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.
11. Cookie Policy
Not the IPO Wallet app not the ipowallet.app website does not use cookies.
12. Aggregated Usage Statistics
We may collect information about your use of IPO Wallet services to improve your experience or user interface, but we will only use this information in an aggregated, anonymized form and will never link it to your name, email or other personal information.
13. Optional Additional Personal Data
You may choose to provide us with Personal Data to participate in certain programs, activate features or receive other benefits, but you will always be able to use the basic features of IPO Wallet without providing Personal Data. If you provide us with Personal Data, notwithstanding any part of this Privacy Policy, we may use that information to provide services to you or to improve the operation or user interface of IPO Wallet.
